Adjusting progress and investment capital of Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism Project

Accordingly, the basic construction progress and project operation schedule will be adjusted: From the fourth quarter of 2022 to the second quarter of 2024, phase 2 will be completed and put into operation, including phase 2 infrastructure, restaurants, hotels, and cable car system.

From the third quarter of 2024 to the third quarter of 2027, legal procedures and construction of the remaining items will be carried out according to the planning location diagram, additional items and completed to put the entire project into operation.

The decision also approved the adjustment of the project's investment capital to VND 796 billion; including VND 400 billion of investor's contributed capital and VND 396 billion of loan capital. At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to lease more than 135,000m² of land recovered by the Dong Giang District People's Committee in Decision 1861 dated July 20, 2023 to Hang Gop Eco-tourism Joint Stock Company to implement the Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism project. The land lease term is until September 20, 2068.
