On July 22, the leaders of Yersin University in Dalat said that the school has just officially announced the minimum scores for admission to regular universities in 2025 according to admission methods.
Accordingly, the minimum admission score based on the 2025 high school graduation exam scores for the school's majors is 15.5 points. For the majors: Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, the threshold is based on the input quality assurance of the Ministry of Education and Training .
For the admission method based on high school transcript results, HB1: the total average score of 3 subjects in grade 12 according to the admission combination is from 18 points or higher; HB2: the average score of the entire grade 12 year (multiplied by a coefficient of 3) is from 18 points or higher. For Medicine and Pharmacy, the study results of the entire grade 12 year are assessed as good (academic performance is ranked as excellent or higher) or the high school graduation score is from 8.0 or higher; for Nursing, the study results of the entire grade 12 year are assessed as fair (academic performance is ranked as fair or higher) or the high school graduation score is from 6.5 or higher.
For the admission method based on the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's 2025 competency assessment exam, majors from 15 points or more (converted score). In particular, the majors of Medicine and Pharmacy from 20 points or more and consider candidates with excellent 12th grade academic performance or high school graduation score from 8.0 or more; the major of Nursing from 18 points or more and consider candidates with good 12th grade academic performance or high school graduation score from 6.5 or more.
This is the minimum score to receive admission applications for high school students in region 3. Candidates are given priority points according to region and subject as prescribed in the current University Admission Regulations.
