Foreign Trade University's highest floor score is 24

On the morning of July 22, Foreign Trade University (FTU) officially announced the threshold to ensure input quality for the method of using high school graduation exam scores.

Minimum score for graduation exam: 23-24

Accordingly, the group of candidates taking the 2025 high school graduation exam must achieve a minimum of 24 points in the A00 combination (math, physics, chemistry), and 23 points for the remaining combinations. Last year, the school set the floor score for all combinations at 24 points.

If you combine the exam score with the international language certificate conversion score, the floor score is from 15 - 16.5 points. Last year it was 16-17 points.

The above quality assurance threshold does not include regional priority points, subject priority points and other priorities.

The minimum score for the group of candidates who are admitted by combining the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam and international language certificates is as follows:

This year, Foreign Trade University enrolls 4,180 students with 4 methods, including admission using high school academic results (reviewing transcripts); admission using high school graduation exam results; admission using domestic and international competency assessment certificates; and direct admission.

Last year, the admission score to Foreign Trade University based on high school graduation exam scores ranged from 25.25 to 28.5, the highest being for Chinese language, majoring in commercial Chinese in group D01 (math, literature, English).

There are 7 majors out of 15 majors of the school with admission scores according to group A00 from 28 points or higher, 95% of the quota has admission score threshold above 27 points.

What is the tuition fee for the new school year?

In the 2025-2026 school year, Foreign Trade University expects tuition fees for the standard program to range from 25.5 - 27.5 million VND/year (last year it was 22 - 25 million VND/year).

For the computer science and data science program in economics and business, the estimated tuition fee is 31.5 million VND/year.

The high-quality program's tuition fee is expected to range from 49 to 51 million VND/year, while last year's tuition fee ranged from 45 to 48 million VND/year.
