Cloudy, heavy to very heavy rain, especially heavy rain and thunderstorms in some places. West to Southwest wind level 3 - level 4, northeastern communes of the province have wind level 5 - level 6, gusting to level 7 - level 8.

- Humidity: 80 – 90%

* Cua Lo and Ngu Island area

Clouds changing to cloudy, heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Strong winds level 5-6, gusting to level 7-8.

At sea: The sea off the coast of Nghe An province (including Hon Mat Island) has strong winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 2.0-4.0m high. The sea is very rough. The coastal sea of Nghe An province (including Hon Ngu Island) has winds gradually increasing to level 5-6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas, from the night of July 23 the wind will gradually decrease.

* Next 48 hours: Under the influence of the Tropical Convergence Zone passing through the Northern region connecting with the low pressure area weakened by storm No. 3, Nghe An will have cloudy weather with rain, moderate rain in some places. Southwesterly wind level 2 - level 3.
