By 2030, 100% of science and technology tasks using the state budget will be widely communicated.

The Government has just issued Decision No. 1169/QD-TTg approving the program to promote communication to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation by 2030.

The program strives that by 2025, 100% of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities will develop and issue plans to implement the program and organize its implementation; at the same time, develop and maintain a communication column to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in accordance with the characteristics and actual situation of ministries, branches and localities on the electronic information portal of each ministry, branch and locality.

100% of leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees in state agencies and public service units are informed and disseminated about the guiding viewpoints of the resolution and the system of related documents. 100% of key press and media agencies build specialized pages/columns/content lines to propagate, develop, post, broadcast or publish media products in accordance with the principles and purposes of the press agency to communicate the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

By 2030, 100% of science and technology tasks using the state budget (except for tasks related to state secrets) will be communicated, disseminated, and widely informed on mass media, digital platforms, and social networks; at least 80% of people will have access to information on the Party and State's orientations on science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation through the grassroots information system.
