On the morning of July 22, information from Da Phuc commune ( Hanoi ) said that due to the impact of natural disasters, the right dike of Cau at location K25+630 to K25+680 through Bac Vong village had a serious incident. To ensure the safety of the right dike of Cau during storm No. 3, the People's Committee of Da Phuc commune issued a notice restricting people and means of transport from passing through section K25+630 - K25+680.
The Commune People's Committee requested the Commune Police to coordinate with the Da Phuc Commune Military Command to set up checkpoints and arrange forces on duty to guide and divert traffic. The units continue to closely monitor the developments of storm No. 3 and the flood situation, and any traffic organization problems (if any) to promptly report to the Commune People's Committee for direction.
The People's Committee of Da Phuc commune also directed departments, offices and units to uphold the sense of responsibility and not be subjective in responding to storm No. 3. Prepare adequate materials, means and human resources to handle any incidents occurring on the right dike of Cau in particular and in the commune in general.
