Promote propaganda and mobilization

Building an increasingly strong movement for the entire people to protect national security has always been focused on by all levels, sectors and localities in the province. In which, propaganda and mobilization work plays a very important role in encouraging the sense of responsibility of all people, creating high unity in awareness and action.

The movement of the entire people to protect national security is one of the key contents of the work of ensuring national security and order at the grassroots level. Through the movement, it aims to raise awareness of voluntary compliance with the law; create high consensus and unity among all classes of people in the fight against and prevention of crime and social evils.

Propaganda and mobilization work plays a key and decisive role in building movements, and needs to be strongly innovated in terms of content, form and implementation methods. Propaganda is both to provide information and knowledge about policies and laws to the people; and to arouse the sense of responsibility and self-awareness of the community, creating social consensus. This process is an additional channel for the authorities to listen to and receive recommendations, reflections and legitimate aspirations of the people related to the work of maintaining security and order, thereby creating a close relationship between the Party's will and the people's hearts.

The form of conferences to disseminate and popularize the law, integrating propaganda to raise awareness of the role, position, and importance of the movement... has been maintained by sectors and localities. From 2024 to present, the whole province has organized nearly 10,000 conferences to disseminate and popularize the law, attracting about 2 million participants; thereby distributing many information leaflets and legal documents with vivid, easy-to-understand designs, suitable for the characteristics of each target group. At the same time, electronic documents such as infographics, video clips, and electronic legal handbooks have been issued, contributing to diversifying access channels and improving propaganda effectiveness. More than 30 legal knowledge competitions have been held, attracting nearly 31,500 participants thanks to flexible organization methods, combining direct and online, ensuring that all subjects, including remote areas, have the opportunity to access legal information.

PBGDPL activities are also deployed through television, radio, electronic information portal websites, social networking sites... Coordination between the Provincial Media Center, the Department of Justice, and the Provincial Police has been strengthened, focusing on performing well the tasks of disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on ensuring national security and order to the people. Especially, propagating advanced models and examples in the mass movement to protect national security and order; warning people about the methods and tricks of hostile forces and all types of crimes; spreading messages about patriotism, national pride and self-respect, firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc...

As people have more and more options in accessing information, propaganda work to build movements also has to innovate to adapt. Specifically, there is an intersection, connection, coordination of old and new models, flexible use of social networks; focusing on applying digital technology , digital transformation to develop movements in cyberspace. Along with that, it is necessary to take advantage of the role of dignitaries, officials, village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people. The method of propaganda in each locality, each specific area, targeting which group of subjects (age, profession, level of education...) must come from the requirements, tasks and actual situation suitable to the base and convenient for the people.

Reality shows that the movement is highly effective when it promotes the strength of the entire political system, has the attention and direction of Party committees at all levels, the advisory and guiding role of the police force and the active coordination and participation of departments, branches and organizations, arousing the spirit of voluntary and active participation of the people.

On July 28, Mao Khe ward held the National Day for National Security Protection in 2025. This is one of three localities selected by the Provincial People's Committee to organize the provincial-level festival. The program was attended and directed by Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security awarded 16 medals, the Provincial People's Committee awarded 1 certificate of merit and the Provincial Police awarded 10 certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of the whole people protecting national security. The Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee also awarded 25 gifts to policy families, meritorious people and students with difficult circumstances in Mao Khe ward.
