Outstanding results
Van Ninh commune was established on the basis of merging Van Gia town, Van Luong commune and Van Phu commune. In the past term, the local Party Committee, government and people have made efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, achieving important achievements in all fields. Most of the targets set out in the resolution were achieved and exceeded the plan; many socio -economic targets exceeded the target such as: Trade - services, budget revenue, public investment, education and training, health insurance... Many key national, provincial and local projects and works such as: Eastern Expressway Component Project, Van Phong - Nha Trang section; Vong Trac Tre Resettlement Area Project; Huyen 2 Bridge Project and access road; Van Luong - Ninh Hoa coastal road; relocation and resettlement of the area east of Tran Hung Dao street; Van Gia town coastal embankment phase 2... were well implemented by the locality. The total value of the commune's products in the past term reached nearly 14,000 billion VND; State budget revenue of more than 182.3 billion VND.

In addition, new and creative models in production development, administrative reform, digital transformation, urban and rural construction, and national defense and security have been effectively implemented. Every year, the locality completes 100% of its military recruitment targets; the work of building militia and self-defense forces and reserve mobilization ensures quality; the organization of training and defensive combat exercises achieves good results. The work of building the Party and the political system has many positive changes.
Expectation of innovation and growth
The outstanding results in the past term are the premise for the people in the commune to expect innovations and breakthrough developments in the coming time. Mr. Mai Xuan Thu - a 60-year Party member, expects: "This Congress will make the right decisions and effectively implement the tasks of Party building and socio-economic development. To do this, the Party Executive Committee of the commune needs to unite and unify; promote capacity, responsibility, creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility. I also hope that the locality will pay attention to the work of reviewing and adjusting synchronous planning; developing the economy in conjunction with social security work".
Mr. Trinh Chi Huy - Director of FLY Bird's Nest Company Limited (Tan Phu village) said that in order to improve the living standards of local people, in the coming time, in addition to focusing on developing modern agricultural production to increase crop and livestock productivity; investing in rural infrastructure, Van Ninh commune needs to have policies to facilitate production and business activities of the business community in the area; pay attention to supporting businesses to participate in trade promotion activities, helping businesses have conditions to promote products, access new markets to increase product value, and create more jobs for local workers.
Representing the young generation of Van Ninh commune, Mr. Truong The Toai - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Secretary of the Youth Union of the commune hopes that the local Party Committee and government will have policies to support union members and young people in starting a business, applying information technology in activities, to effectively implement the tasks of the union and youth movements, contributing to socio-economic development, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas in the commune...
