Office lease auction at Danang Software Park No. 2 on August 13

Accordingly, the Danang Information Technology Infrastructure Development Center (No. 2, Quang Trung Street, Hai Chau Ward) transfers the auction of assets according to regulations, which is the right to lease ICT1 building in 2025. This is the information infrastructure at the Danang Software Park Concentrated Information Technology Park - Software Park No. 2 (Phase 1).

Starting price from 226,000 VND/ ^m2 /month, auctioned by lot. Total starting price for each lot is from 5.42 billion VND. The rental price will not change for 2 years from the effective date of the contract. After 2 years, the price will be reviewed and adjusted to suit the market and the adjustment will not exceed 10%.

Time to receive documents from July 23 to August 8 at Khai Bao Joint Stock Auction Company - Da Nang branch (No. 300, Ho Nghinh Street, An Hai Ward). Location to view assets at ICT1 building, Da Nang Software Park Information Technology Zone - Software Park No. 2 (Phase 1), Hai Chau Ward.
