On a sunny August day, we headed up Highway 1B to the scenic spot of Phoenix Cave. According to the locals, we learned that Phoenix Cave consists of many cave complexes connected together with unique structures and amazing landscapes.

The top floor is Bat Cave, home to natural bat colonies in the dark. The middle floor is called Bright Cave, the most spacious and airy of the three floors. The deepest is Dark Cave, which retains the wild and mysterious beauty of this eco -tourism area.

This tourist spot has been invested quite well, from the road to the cave entrance, the cool bathing area, the fish tank, the unique check-in spots at the foot of the mountain... Those who have been to Phuong Hoang will see the rapid change of this eco-tourism spot.

Mr. Le Hoang Sang, a tourist from Hanoi , said: In 2024, when I was a university student, I followed my classmates (from Thai Nguyen) to visit here. At that time, the way up to the cave was still a bumpy, difficult path. Mo Ga Stream was just like a small ditch flowing down to the fields. In particular, we had to bring food and spread raincoats on the grass near the road up to the cave to have lunch. Now that we have returned, everything has improved a lot, like a rough gem that has been polished to become more beautiful.

Thanks to the Phoenix scenic area, from a peaceful countryside in a highland commune, the small hamlet of Mo Ga has become an attractive tourist destination of Thai Nguyen , known to tourists inside and outside the province.

Ms. Hoang Thi Tham, who is participating in managing Homestay Moc in Mo Ga hamlet, shared: My family invested in Homestay since 2018. Up to now, the investment amount for facilities such as rooms, restrooms, etc. has reached nearly 3 billion VND.

Boldly investing in spacious and clean facilities, Ms. Tham's family's Homestay Moc has attracted many groups of visitors. In July, this accommodation facility welcomed many groups of visitors, including nearly 100 students from Hanoi.

Ms. Tham also said that many people have now transferred deposits to reserve accommodation for their trip to visit the scenic spots of Phuong Hoang and Mo Ga stream on the occasion of the National Day holiday (September 2).

In addition to this accommodation facility, there are currently nearly 10 other homestays in Mo Ga. Thanks to that, visitors coming here are not only provided with accommodation but also with food services. With affordable prices, about 120-150 people/night stay and over 100 thousand VND/meal/meal, homestays have contributed to enriching the types of resort services in Mo Ga.

However, Phuong Hoang Eco-tourism Area still lacks some services and facilities to better meet the needs of tourists.

Currently, this eco-tourism area has not yet fully exploited the available potential of the locality. Many tourists believe that in order to attract more people to the scenic area of Phuong Hoang and explore the majestic natural beauty with the limestone mountains of Vo Nhai, the provincial authorities should upgrade the accommodation facilities.

In particular, opening more services such as restaurants, cafes, entertainment areas, children's play areas, especially recreational activities such as mountain climbing, organizing folk games, outdoor sports activities...
