Tan Ninh Commune Party Committee gathers strength, makes comprehensive breakthrough

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Tan Ninh commune was established on July 1, 2025, on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Nua town, Thai Hoa commune and Van Son commune, with a total area of 53.63 km2, population of 27,427 people. Tan Ninh commune Party Committee has 49 party organizations, with 1,278 party members. Implementing a two-level local government, Tan Ninh commune Party Committee has focused on intelligence, innovation and creativity in leadership, direction and operation; the staff, party members and people in the area always trust the leadership of the Party, the State, and the commune Party Committee; actively contributing to the cause of protecting, building and developing Tan Ninh commune and Thanh Hoa province.

Inheriting the results

Promoting the revolutionary tradition, solidarity, joint efforts, dynamism, creativity, seizing opportunities, advantages, proactively overcoming difficulties and challenges, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of the old communes and towns have strived to implement the congress resolution and achieved many important results. 24/24 main targets were achieved and exceeded the plan, of which 16 targets exceeded the target. In particular, implementing 3 key programs (Agricultural development program associated with advanced new rural construction; Program to promote the value of historical relics associated with spiritual tourism development; Program to invest in building traffic and irrigation systems associated with implementing the criteria for new rural construction, advanced new rural areas, and model new rural areas), the communes have achieved many outstanding results: The economy continues to grow strongly, the average annual growth rate of total product value is estimated at 8.82%. Agriculture develops towards commodity production, linking production according to value chains; accumulating and concentrating 132.4 hectares of land to organize large-scale production, applying high technology, exceeding the target by 21.9%. The value of agricultural, forestry and fishery production in 2025 is estimated at 383 billion VND, 1.67 times higher than in 2020. Average income per capita increases rapidly each year, in 2025, it is estimated at 78.45 million VND, exceeding the target, 1.73 times higher than in 2020. State budget revenue in the area is estimated at 244.1 billion VND.

The National Target Program on New Rural Development has been directed resolutely, really going into depth, creating a strong movement with great influence. Thai Hoa commune has met the new rural standards, Van Son commune has met the model new rural standards, Nua town has met the civilized urban standards; the rate of villages meeting the model new rural standards is 6.9%. There are 4 OCOP products meeting the 3-star standard, 100% of commune roads, village roads, and alleys are concreted; the intra-field traffic system, irrigation canals have been invested and upgraded, ensuring service for production and socio-economic development.

Digital transformation and administrative procedure reform have been promoted. The investment and business environment has been significantly improved; investment capital attraction has exceeded the set target; socio-economic infrastructure has been strengthened. In the 2021-2025 period, 3 major investment projects have been attracted, playing an important role, creating momentum for industrial and service development in the coming period, with a total investment of 9,795 billion VND, and a labor demand of more than 2,000 people. The total development investment capital in the area is estimated at 2,362 billion VND, exceeding the target, 1.61 times higher than the 2016-2020 period.

The cultural and social fields have made much progress, the material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved. The work of restoring rituals associated with relics, investing in infrastructure and cultural spaces at relics; promoting and introducing relics, especially the National Historical Relic of Nua Temple - Nua Mountain - Am Tien has been given attention and promoted, attracting more and more tourists from all over the world, meeting the requirements of sustainable tourism development, associated with the goal of local socio-economic development.

Poverty reduction, care for policy families and people with meritorious services are carried out fully and promptly. Political security and social order and safety are maintained; national defense tasks and local military work are well completed.

The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system has been implemented synchronously, creatively and achieved positive results; many shortcomings and violations in various fields have been rectified, overcome and handled promptly; the people's trust in the Party, the government and the political system has been consolidated and enhanced.

Confidently enter the new phase

The achievements that have been made will be the driving force to promote the development and enhance the position of Tan Ninh commune in the coming period. After the merger, Tan Ninh commune is a large administrative unit, holding the central position in the western region of the province, with many potentials and outstanding advantages, especially in developing cultural and spiritual tourism, which is a favorable condition for breakthrough, rapid and sustainable development.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", in the 2025-2030 term, Tan Ninh Commune Party Committee sets the target of increasing the total product value by an average of 13 - 14%/year; average income per capita reaches 110 million VND; strongly developing enterprises, investment and infrastructure; improving the quality of life for people...; continuing to promote tradition, solidarity, improving the effectiveness of State management, promoting digital transformation, digital government, developing digital economy, digital society; mobilizing all resources to build Tan Ninh commune rich, civilized, comprehensively and sustainably developed; striving to become a cultural and spiritual tourism center by 2030.

To achieve the set goals, the Tan Ninh Commune Party Committee also set out 6 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs. The commune will focus on building and completing the infrastructure system; enhancing the preservation and promotion of cultural and historical values in the area. Maximizing the mobilization of resources to build, upgrade and complete the synchronous socio-economic infrastructure system; prioritizing key projects with spillover effects, serving the development of production, business and tourism; the commune road system connecting with national and provincial highways passing through the area. Synchronously developing electricity, clean water, education, health, traffic and irrigation infrastructure in the fields; preserving and promoting cultural and historical values in the area.

Promote administrative reform; build digital government, digital economy, digital society; determined to successfully implement 2-level local government. Build a public, transparent, professional administration, focusing on people and businesses as the center of service; improve the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement, create trust and satisfaction among the people. Promote digital transformation on all 3 pillars: digital government, digital economy, digital society. Innovate the leadership methods of Party committees, management and operation of the government, and the activities of agencies and organizations.

Effectively promote, call for, and attract investment projects in production and business of modern, environmentally friendly technology that creates high added value. Timely remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses; mobilize and effectively use all resources for rapid, comprehensive, and sustainable development.

The journey ahead is still full of thorns, but with the revolutionary tradition, the solid foundation of the past term and the existing desire for change, we believe that the Party Committee and the People of Tan Ninh commune will continue to write new pages full of pride - so that this converging land can rise strongly, becoming a bright spot of Thanh in the near future.
