The Party Committee of the Department of Justice focuses on reform, digital transformation and building a smart judicial system in the 2025-2030 term.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of June 20, the Party Committee of the Department of Justice held a Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrade Do Gia Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee; and all party members of the Party Committee of the City Department of Justice.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Department of Justice has promoted its comprehensive leadership role, exceeding the targets set by the Congress Resolution. The leadership and direction of the implementation of political tasks have achieved high efficiency; for many consecutive years, the Department of Justice has been recognized for its excellent performance and has been awarded many noble titles. Party building work has received attention, regular and effective direction; inspection and supervision work has been implemented in accordance with regulations. Mass organizations have actively operated, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and government. The contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees has increasingly matured, meeting the requirements of tasks in the period of integration and modernization.

In the 2025-2030 term, in the context of the merger between Hai Phong city and Hai Duong province, the Party Committee of the Department of Justice clearly identified the direction and goals: continuing to innovate methods of thoroughly grasping and implementing resolutions; strengthening political, ideological, ethical and lifestyleeducation ; building a team of Party committees and cadres with solid expertise, ideology and qualities. The Party Committee also focuses on promoting administrative reform, judicial reform, applying information technology, digital transformation, effectively implementing Project 06; improving the effectiveness of state management by law; building a smart judicial system, well serving the management work and the needs of people and businesses.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Do Gia Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the City People's Committee Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Department of Justice Party Committee in preparing and organizing the Congress. He highly agreed with the content of the Report which was carefully and meticulously prepared; at the same time, he commended the efforts, spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity of the Party Committee in comprehensively implementing the targets and tasks for the 2020-2025 term, making positive contributions to the socio -economic development of the city. He requested the Department of Justice Party Committee to continue promoting the achieved results, focusing on implementing a number of key tasks: maintaining the role of a legal pillar, doing a good job of advising the Party Committee and the government on institutional perfection, ensuring unity and synchronization in the legal system and apparatus organization after the merger; innovating leadership methods, improving the effectiveness of advisory work and state management in the judicial field; Promote the dissemination and education of law, widely propagate the policy of merging provinces; increase the application of information technology and digital transformation in judicial activities; pay special attention to personnel work, maintain and promote solidarity and unity within the entire Party; strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism, promote collective intelligence, and at the same time promote individual responsibility in performing tasks./.
