Party Committees of Chau Loc, Quynh Anh and Quynh Tam communes held Congresses for the 2025

* On August 19, Chau Loc Commune Party Committee held its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Party Committee was formed from the merger of Chau Loc Commune Party Committee and Lien Hop Commune Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and delivered a speech directing the Congress. The Congress was attended by 205 official delegates, representing 503 party members in the entire Party Committee.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress agreed on the general goal for the 2025-2030 term, building Chau Loc commune to develop rapidly and sustainably. To achieve the above goal, the Congress identified 3 breakthroughs: Building a team of cadres and party members with political courage, moral qualities and a high sense of responsibility; Breakthrough in building synchronous rural infrastructure, effectively exploiting mineral resources, especially white stone, shifting from raw mining to deep processing; Breakthrough in administrative reform, applying information technology and digital transformation to improve management efficiency and service quality for people and businesses.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi suggested that Chau Loc Commune Party Committee should focus on building solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee; strive to develop into a modern, effective and sustainable mineral processing center, associated with strict management of resources and environmental protection. In addition, it is necessary to promote the advantages of forest land, turn forestry into a spearhead economic sector, and build raw material areas for high-tech processing.

Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi also suggested the direction of developing community ecotourism associated with preserving and promoting the unique cultural values of the Thai and Tho ethnic groups. At the same time, it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the synchronous development of the fields of education , health, sustainable poverty reduction and ensuring national defense and security. Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi expressed his confidence and expectation that Chau Loc commune, with new determination and efforts, will have solid development steps, successfully completing the goals set out in the Congress Resolution, becoming one of the bright spots of the Northwest region of Nghe An.

* On the same day, the Quynh Anh Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the Congress.

Quynh Anh commune was established on the basis of merging 5 communes: Quynh Bang, Quynh Yen, Quynh Doi, Quynh Thanh and Minh Luong. With the motto of action "New Party Committee - New Determination - New Success", entering the term 2025 - 2030, the Executive Committee of Quynh Anh commune Party Committee determined to develop Quynh Anh commune in the direction of: Sticking to the river - Orienting to the sea - Developing trade and service centers, creating momentum for the commune to achieve advanced new rural area by 2028.

To concretize, the 1st Quynh Anh Commune Party Congress also set out 35 main targets on Party building, economy, culture - society, environment, national defense - security, new rural construction; 4 key programs and 3 breakthroughs.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van De - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Quynh Anh Commune Party Committee to continue to consolidate and foster solidarity and unity within the Party Committee and the entire political system; create consensus among all classes of people in implementing common goals. Pay attention to the work of Party building and rectification, building a clean, strong, streamlined political system that operates effectively, efficiently and effectively; improve the quality of Party cell activities, focus on developing Party members in special areas.

Comrade Nguyen Van De suggested that the locality should plan and form modern residential areas along the river, develop commercial and service centers in old communes, and create a driving force for balanced development in the whole commune. Promote the exploitation of marine potential to develop the aquaculture economy and marine tourism, associated with cultural and spiritual tourism. Strive to make Quynh Anh a unique cultural and tourist destination of Nghe An.

* On August 19, the Quynh Tam Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen Truong Giang - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Quynh Tam commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Quynh Tam, Quynh Chau and Tan Son. Currently, the commune has an area of 103.4 km², a population of 35,568 people; 55 grassroots party organizations with 1,125 party members.

With the spirit of innovation, courage and high political determination, the 1st Congress of Quynh Tam Commune Party Committee determined the common goal for the 2025 - 2030 term as follows: Continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; the effectiveness and efficiency of management and administration of the government; promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; promoting administrative reform, building an administration serving the people; developing rapidly and sustainably in all fields, in which industry associated with services is the foundation, trade is the spearhead, digital transformation, and application of modern science and technology is the breakthrough. The commune aims to strive to achieve the advanced New Rural standards by 2030.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Truong Giang - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, requested the Quynh Tam Commune Party Committee to focus on building the Party well, continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the management capacity of Party committees and authorities, thereby strengthening solidarity and unity within the Party Committee with the spirit of "One locality - one vision - one action - one belief".

The Party Executive Committee of the commune needs to effectively implement the Central Resolutions on Party building and rectification in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Effectively implement breakthroughs, concretize the Resolutions, create strong momentum for Quynh Tam to develop quickly and sustainably on the basis of promoting the potential and advantages of the locality.
