Dak Lak promotes digital transformation and science and technology development according to Resolution 57

DNVN - Implementing Plan No. 04-KH/DU dated August 25, 2025 of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology has directed its affiliated Party cells to deploy many synchronous solutions to promote propaganda, dissemination and effective implementation of the goals of science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in the province.

Comrade Ralan Truong Thanh Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology spoke at the " Dak Lak Number" Program.

The goal of the plan is to raise awareness, create consensus among cadres, party members and people; mobilize the active participation of the whole society; contribute to the synchronous, comprehensive and effective implementation of viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Accordingly, the subordinate Party cells will continue to organize the study, dissemination and propaganda of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo). The Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology "regularly monitors, updates information, instructions, and documents issued by superiors into resolutions, programs, and regular and periodic work plans of Party cells and Party branches at conferences, periodic activities, directly or through appropriate forms to 100% of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in Party cells and units". The "Digital Learning" movement was launched, encouraging the installation and use of the "Dak Lak So" platform, while supporting people to access and use digital applications.

In addition, information and propaganda work is promoted through articles, reports, and media products posted on the website.

The implementation will be carried out regularly, practically, and in accordance with the actual situation of each unit. Party cells are responsible for reporting periodically every 6 months, annually or suddenly as required to the Party Committee of the Department of Science and Technology for synthesis and reporting according to regulations.
