The 3rd Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Province Tax

On August 29, in Hong Gai ward, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Province Tax organized the 3rd Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030, with the participation of nearly 100 delegates, representing the Youth Union of the Provincial Tax sector.

3 collectives and 6 individuals in the Tax sector were commended for their outstanding achievements in the Youth Union and Youth Movement for the 2022-2025 term.

During the 2022-2025 term, the Youth Union and youth movement of the Tax sector have achieved many outstanding results: 100% of the targets of the Resolution of the 2nd Congress were completed and exceeded the plan; the whole union has implemented more than 20 youth projects and tasks with a total value of nearly 1 billion VND; introduced 114 outstanding union members to the Party, of which 92 comrades have been admitted.

The youth of the Tax sector affirms their pioneering role in administrative reform, digital transformation, building e-government, and actively participating in social security activities, voluntary blood donation, and environmental protection.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Youth Union chose the slogan of action "Solidarity - Pioneering - Aspiration - Innovation - Development".

With the slogan of action "Solidarity - Pioneer - Aspiration - Innovation - Development", the Congress determined that in the new term, it will focus on promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity of union members, building a generation of young, professional and dedicated cadres, contributing to the excellent completion of the task of budget collection, best serving the people and businesses, joining hands to build Quang Ninh into a model province of wealth, civilization and modernity.

The Congress appointed the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Union, term III, 2025-2030, consisting of 15 comrades.
