Cua Lo trains 350 drivers and electric car owners on cultural behavior and communication with tourists

During the 1-day period, the students were taught communication and behavioral skills with tourists by lecturers from the Faculty of Tourism and Society, Vinh University, as well as introduced to the origins of historical and cultural relics and destinations in the town. At the same time, the students were also informed by the Traffic Police Team of the Town Police about the content of the Road Traffic Law and related decrees; regulations and management plans for 4-wheel electric vehicles issued by the Town People's Committee.

The training course aims to foster and improve skills and the art of communicating with tourists as well as strictly complying with the Road Traffic Law. Thereby contributing to orienting the behavior, attitude, habits and skills of the electric car drivers to serve tourists better and better. In particular, through the electric car drivers, to introduce destinations and historical sites in the area as well as provide basic information, characteristics and uniqueness of the town's tourism to tourists when coming to Cua Lo./.
