In the period of 2020-2024, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company - TKV has launched many exciting and practical patriotic emulation movements, associated with political tasks, production and business and Party building. Movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Achieving leading productivity, exceeding the plan", "Taking on difficult projects and tasks", "Competing to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" ... have been widely deployed to each workshop, team and worker.
Through the movements, the entire Company has fully completed the annual production and business targets. Many excellent collectives such as Transport Workshop, Coal Selection 2, Coal Selection 3, Warehouse 1, Inspection, Materials Department... and hundreds of typical individuals who are direct production workers, engineers, and management staff have been commended and rewarded from the Company level to the Group and central ministries and branches.
Notably, in 5 years, the Company has deployed and completed over 200 projects and emulation works with a total value of hundreds of billions of VND, in which many key projects have been marked by the Group to welcome important political events such as: Khe Cham Coal Selection Plant, Coal Selection Plant 2 Automation Control System, Coal Recovery System, High Ash Feeding System... All projects ensure progress, quality and absolute safety, contributing to improving production capacity, saving costs and sustainable development.
Through emulation movements, the sense of responsibility, solidarity and creativity among cadres, party members and workers have been significantly enhanced; the core leadership role of the Party organization has been promoted; the position and prestige of the Company have been increasingly affirmed in the Group and the Coal industry.
Promoting the results of the emulation movements in the previous period, entering 2025, the Company has maintained a stable growth momentum. In the first 6 months of the year, the Company basically completed the planned targets, coal consumption reached over 7 million tons, the average income of employees reached over 14.2 million VND/person/month. At the same time, the Company's Party Committee focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of Party building work, successfully organizing the Party cell congresses for the 2025-2027 term and the 33rd Party Congress of the Company, term 2025-2030.
At the conference, Cua Ong Coal Selection Company commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements; and at the same time launched the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.
