Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union announced the decision to terminate and hand over the grassroots trade union.

On the afternoon of June 23, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union held a conference to announce the decision to terminate and transfer the grassroots trade union.

At the conference, based on the regulations, official dispatch and Project No. 01/DA-LĐLĐ, dated June 2, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor (LDL) on "Ending the activities of the Labor Federations of districts, towns, cities, and local industry unions under the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor", the Standing Committee of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union announced the decision to transfer 10 grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union with 876 union members to the Provincial Federation of Labor, starting from June 23, 2025.

The grassroots trade unions are responsible for preparing documents on organization, operations, finance and financial settlement reports with the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union to transfer to the Provincial Federation of Labor for management.

Announce the decision to terminate the activities of 38 grassroots trade unions and the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee (if any), and positions of grassroots trade union officials from June 23, 2025.

The grassroots trade unions are responsible for fulfilling their debt obligations, settling finances and handing over financial balances to the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union; preserving and storing records, operating documents, accounting documents in accordance with the provisions of the law on archiving, the law on accounting and relevant legal provisions; handing over the seal and the certificate of seal sample registration to the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police - Dak Lak Provincial Police as prescribed.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Le Van Thanh acknowledged the efforts and contributions of the cadres and union members of 38 grassroots unions that have ceased operations in the past. At the same time, he expressed his belief that in the coming time, regardless of the field or position, the team of grassroots union cadres will promote all their affection and responsibility towards cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. With the grassroots unions transferred to the Provincial Federation of Labor, they will continue to accompany, promote experience, unite and build an increasingly strong union organization.
