Colonel Hoang Anh Tuan : During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of TECAPRO Company led the unit to comprehensively complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the term. The Company always thoroughly grasps the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the Resolutions of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on military and defense tasks, clearly identifying the task of serving defense and security as a key and continuous political task. This is clearly demonstrated when the revenue serving defense and security accounts for more than 30% of the total revenue for the 2020-2025 term.

TECAPRO Company has effectively implemented its tasks in the fields of: Electronics - telecommunications, simulation, environmental technology..., has researched, designed and provided many solutions and products for training, combat readiness in units, mastered technological solutions for treating clean water for daily life and purified water. The company has successfully researched and manufactured 15 types of equipment and solutions for national defense and security, which have been used in practice, contributing to the modernization of national defense equipment and ensuring long-term technical security. The company has focused on implementing research and developing application software to help agencies and units in the Army apply information technology to management, command, operation and training at the unit to achieve good efficiency, ensuring safety, fast, accurate and timely information, saving time, costs and efforts of the army.

During the term, the company has actively participated in projects related to national digital transformation of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, and government sectors. These are large, important projects, of which 85% of the projects in the work group are in the field of national defense and security. Typical examples include: Citizen identification system, issuance and management, national electronic passport issuance and issuance system, citizen identification system via VneID application.

TECAPRO Company's mark is to carry out projects of important political significance such as: The system of granting, issuing and managing citizen identification cards, building a national database on population for the Lao Government funded by the Vietnamese Government; The system to monitor the progress of party congresses at all levels for the Central Party Office. Currently, the company has been coordinating to support military hospitals in building electronic medical records, striving to complete in September 2025.

TECAPRO will develop core technology products researched and produced by the unit itself and increase investment in high-tech infrastructure, expand the provision of data center services, telecommunications, information technology and environment. At the same time, develop the TECAPRO brand associated with the ability to master technology, forming a digital technology ecosystem suitable for the specific organization in the Army. The company strives for an average growth of 8-15%/year, with an average income of 21.5 to 22 million VND/person/month per employee.
