This afternoon, June 11, the Party Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Agencies held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio - Television Party Committee. At the conference, representatives of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies announced the decision to establish the Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio - Television Party Committee under the Provincial Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies on the basis of merging the Quang Tri Newspaper Party Cell and the Quang Tri Radio - Television Party Cell; after the merger, the Party Committee has 85 members, operating in the affiliated Party cells.

The conference also announced the decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee and the Party Secretary and Deputy Secretary; the Party Inspection Committee and the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station for the 2020-2025 term.

Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio - Television Station for the 2020-2025 term has 11 members; the Standing Committee has 3 members; Editor-in-Chief Vo Nguyen Thuy holds the position of Party Committee Secretary; Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Ty holds the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary. The Party Committee's Inspection Committee has 3 members; Deputy Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Quoc Nam holds the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee; Head of the Specialized Department Lam Thi Hanh holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee.

Speaking at the assignment, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dang Quang emphasized: The establishment of the Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio - Television Party Committee is the result of the major policy of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee on organizational consolidation, ensuring the unified leadership of the Party organization for political tasks, professional work as well as Party building work in press agencies.

At the same time, the Party Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station is required to urgently stabilize the organization, build a spirit of solidarity and unity, effectively implement policies for cadres after the rearrangement; organize congresses of subordinate Party cells for the 2025-2027 term in accordance with regulations.

Actively coordinate to successfully organize the Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, aiming to merge the two press agencies of Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces in the coming time. Actively prepare activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day June 21 (1925 - 2025).

Propose that the Party Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio - Television continue to closely follow the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, improve the quality of leadership and professional direction; promote the core role in information, propaganda, digital transformation and building a clean and strong Party organization.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Quang Tri Province's Newspaper and Radio - Television Station Vo Nguyen Thuy affirmed: The establishment of the Party Committee is a political event of special significance, marking a new step of development for the province's key press agency. This is an honor, but also a great responsibility that the Party entrusts to the team of cadres and party members.

The Party Committee will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, democracy, and responsibility, enhance the comprehensive leadership role of the Party organization, especially in carrying out political tasks, information and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, and local tasks; focus on political and ideological education, revolutionary ethics, Party member development, and building truly strong subordinate Party cells.

"We are deeply aware that, in order to successfully complete the task, the Party Committee needs close coordination from agencies, departments and branches in the province and solidarity, joint efforts and unanimity of all cadres, party members and civil servants in the agency.
