On the morning of June 25, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi chaired the announcement of the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing personnel for the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of 3 new communes in Dak R'lap district.
TUV, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Mai Thi Xuan Trung, leaders of many departments and branches attended the conference.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee has announced the appointment of 60 comrades to join the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of 3 new communes in Dak R'lap district.
Of which, Kien Duc commune has 21 comrades, Nhan Co commune has 20 comrades and Quang Tin commune has 19 comrades.
Of these, 9 comrades were appointed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the positions of Party Secretary and Deputy Party Secretary of the commune. Specifically, Kien Duc commune has comrade Nguyen Quang Tu as Party Secretary; the Deputy Secretaries include Cao Quy Thuong and Vo Thi Kieu Linh.
Nhan Co Commune plans to appoint comrade Phan Anh Tuan as Party Secretary; the Deputy Secretaries are Doan Ngoc Vinh and Tran Quoc Dung.
Quang Tin Commune plans to appoint comrade Do Thanh Cat as Party Secretary; the Deputy Secretaries are Cao Van Khoa and Nguyen Van Sang.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi congratulated the comrades who were trusted and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the new communes.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that, in addition to implementing the Central's directive documents and issuing specific documents of the province, to carry out the arrangement of administrative units, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee pay special attention to and attach importance to personnel work. Because this is the key factor to organize the apparatus to operate effectively after the arrangement.
From July 1, 2025, the new commune-level government apparatus will officially operate. Communes need to urgently complete the preparation steps, get to work immediately, and ensure the apparatus operates smoothly and effectively right from the first days of operating the two-level government.
Each locality needs to step up propaganda work, creating consensus among cadres, party members and the people. Units focus on preparing good facilities and human resources to serve the operation of the new apparatus.
“In the coming time, the tasks of the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level will be extremely heavy. The comrades in the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee must unite, stick together, accompany and support each other closely in leadership and direction. In many places, we even have to “hold hands and show each other how to do things” so that the apparatus can be put into order,” Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directed.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the communes should urgently develop and promulgate working regulations and coordination regulations to unify the direction, management and implementation of tasks among departments in the commune government apparatus.
The development of resolutions and action plans must demonstrate innovative thinking, long-term vision, be practical, easy to implement and put into practice.
Each cadre and civil servant must proactively study, improve their capacity, and master legal regulations to perform their duties well.
During the operation, from the apparatus to the cadres and civil servants, we must be close to the people, serve the people, and ensure that all administrative procedures of the people are resolved quickly and neatly from the grassroots level.
“To promote efficiency in the process of operating the new apparatus, each locality and each cadre needs to clearly define what they must do and how to do it to be worthy, as well as meet the requirements and expectations of the Party Committee, the government and the people. From here, it will contribute to promoting the development of the locality to grow more and more”, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi confided.
The 3 new commune-level administrative units after the merger in Dak R'lap include: Kien Duc commune (merging 4 old administrative units: Kien Duc town, Kien Thanh commune, Nghia Thang commune, Dao Nghia commune); Quang Tin commune (merging 4 old units: Hung Binh, Dak Ru, Dak Sin, Quang Tin commune); Nhan Co commune (merging 3 old administrative units: Dak Wer commune, Nhan Co commune, Nhan Dao commune).
