Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee rewards brave citizen for catching robber

On June 27, the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to reward 3 brave citizens who quickly arrested the robbers in An Nhon Town (Binh Dinh), including: Vo Anh Kiet (24 years old, Nhon An Commune), Le Cong Cuong (30 years old, Dap Da Ward) and NTT (11 years old, 5th grade student).

Previously, on the night of June 13, Ms. Nguyen Anh Thang (33 years old) was driving a motorbike carrying her two children on the way home when suddenly a stranger approached, snatched her bag and quickly escaped.

Hearing the shouts, Cuong and Kiet, who were nearby, quickly drove their motorbikes to chase the robber.

After chasing for nearly 5 km, when Cuong and Kiet were about to catch up, the robbery suspect suddenly turned the motorbike around to escape. Fortunately, thanks to T.'s support, the suspect fell down. Afterwards, the handbag robbery suspect was detained by Cuong and Kiet and handed over to the authorities for handling.
