Hoang Hoa Commune: Commending 5 typical advanced collectives and 51 individuals in emulation movements

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 11, the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa commune held the first conference to honor advanced models, period 2025-2030.

Hoang Hoa commune was established on the basis of merging the natural area and population of the communes: Hoang Duc, Hoang Dong, Hoang Dao, Hoang Ha, Hoang Dat and But Son town with a population of 43,813 people, distributed in 42 villages and streets.

In the period of 2020-2025, promoting the tradition of hard work and creativity, cadres, Party members and people of Hoang Hoa commune actively responded to emulation movements, achieved many outstanding achievements in various fields, contributing to creating a breakthrough in socio -economic development in the area.

The average growth rate of product value in the 2020-2025 period is estimated at 7.76%. Indicators of agriculture , industry, services, and state budget revenue in the following year all increased compared to the previous year. The cultural and social sectors received attention and made much progress. The average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at 81.7 million VND/year; the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved.

From President Ho Chi Minh 's call for patriotic emulation and his teaching: "Each good person, each good deed is a beautiful flower, our whole nation is a beautiful flower forest", cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in Hoang Hoa commune have constantly strived to compete, be creative, and create a spreading force in the patriotic emulation movement in most areas of life and society.

Notably, the emulation movements were deployed with practical content, in line with the aspirations of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the area and the actual conditions of each agency and unit.

Typically, the movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas" has been deployed synchronously and widely, received consensus and high response from the people and achieved many encouraging results. According to the review, it is expected that by the end of 2025, Hoang Hoa commune will complete 15/19 criteria for advanced new rural communes; the whole commune has 21/42 villages and towns meeting model criteria.

The locality has launched the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" to the team of civil servants and all the people in the commune, supporting nearly 3 billion VND, supporting 8 houses for poor households, 4 houses for policy households, 7 houses for households with housing difficulties.

Emulation movements such as: "Promoting synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift, fighting waste"; "For the poor - Leaving no one behind"; "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture"; "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning"... have been deployed synchronously and widely, receiving positive responses from the people.

From emulation movements, new factors, new models, advanced examples, good people, good deeds are discovered, encouraged, promoted, creating a spreading force, strongly attracting all classes of people to participate.

In the past 5 years, in the commune, 1,109 collectives and individuals were honored to be commended by all levels, sectors and organizations from the central to local levels, including 16 collectives and 36 individuals receiving State-level commendation; 29 collectives and 56 individuals receiving provincial-level commendation; 95 collectives and 392 individuals receiving district-level commendation; 171 collectives and 307 individuals receiving commune-level commendation.

Launching emulation movements for the period 2025-2030, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa Commune Nguyen Van Tu emphasized that entering a new period, it is forecasted that there will be many difficulties and challenges, but with the tradition of solidarity, diligence, creativity, the strength of great national unity, cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the commune need to continue to promote emulation movements in labor and production, increase the transfer of application of scientific and technological advances in production, determined to successfully implement the goal of developing the economy - society in a green and sustainable direction, and strive to build Hoang Hoa commune into a ward before 2030.
