The mark of a pioneering enterprise in transparent milk market
How do you evaluate the significance of the "Glory of Vietnam" award that TH Group has just received?
- For us, this is a meaningful recognition, not only an affirmation of growth in business results but also of the spirit of innovation, perseverance in serving the community and the aspiration to rise of a group of tens of thousands of people, not only in Vietnam, but also reaching out internationally.

Currently, TH has inaugurated a fresh milk processing factory in the Russian Federation, closing the value chain "from green pastures to clean glasses of milk", bringing TH branded products to Russian consumers with a methodical and serious investment strategy and from the hands of Russian and Vietnamese workers. Along with projects that have made a big splash abroad, typically a large-scale agricultural investment project in Australia with three beef farms in the North and West of Australia. This is also the motivation for TH to continue on the chosen path, a path where kindness and transparency are always put first.

In 2009, the Vietnamese milk market still had many shortcomings in product labeling and milk quality. What made TH commit so strongly?
When TH entered the market, most liquid milk products were actually reconstituted milk - that is, milk reconstituted from powdered milk. Consumers had almost no information to distinguish between reconstituted milk and fresh milk. When we started a sustainable closed-loop high-tech agricultural production chain, from growing grass, raising dairy cows, processing fresh milk, to launching the TH true MILK brand, we believed that transparency is the foundation of trust. Therefore, TH has persistently fought to ensure that the concepts of "fresh milk" and "reconstituted milk" must be correctly named and labeled. This transparency not only helps protect consumers, but also paves the way for the Vietnamese dairy industry to develop towards international standards.
And reality has proven that the clean fresh milk path that TH chose is correct.
From school milk to the journey "For Vietnamese stature"
TH is an enterprise that initiates and accompanies the Government in programs that contribute to improving the physical and mental health of the country's future generations.
One of TH’s aspirations is “For Vietnamese stature”. Could you please share more specifically about this orientation?
- TH Group, under the leadership of its Founder – Labor Hero Thai Huong, has followed the philosophy of sustainable development and the aspiration “For Vietnamese stature” since its inception. For us, a glass of milk is not only a nutritional product, but also a foundation for physical and mental development for future generations.
From that aspiration, TH is the enterprise that initiated the National School Milk Program - a strategic program that contributes to improving nutrition, stature, and physical strength for children in the golden age of development. At the same time, we coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health, and domestic and international experts to implement a pilot model of school meals, integrating proper nutrition and increasing physical activity. The pilot model was implemented throughout the 2020-2021 school year and its results have provided an important practical basis for developing a school nutrition law.
This model has proven effective in improving nutrition and health for students, and at the same time contributes to the foundation for building more specific, synchronous and effective legal regulations in the field of school nutrition.
What results have been recorded from this pilot model, sir?
- In the 2020-2021 school year, the model was deployed in 10 schools in 5 diverse ecological regions representing different regions of the country. Here, fresh milk is included in the daily diet, combined with more than 400 scientific menus, built in the direction of using local natural foods.
Perseverance on the journey of serving the community
In addition to education and nutrition, TH also has many other social security activities. Is that part of the group's long-term strategy?
- Yes, TH Group has built a Sustainable Development Policy consisting of 6 main pillars, including nutrition and health, environment, education, people, community, animal welfare. For us, sustainable development is not only about protecting the environment or applying modern technology, but must be associated with deep social responsibility.
To date, TH Group has created more than 10,000 direct jobs, and hundreds of thousands of indirect opportunities in project areas. TH Group currently has 2 units (TH Milk Joint Stock Company and Nui Tien Pure Water Company Limited) that have achieved the "Carbon Neutral" certification according to PAS 2060:2014 standard assessed and certified by Control Union.
TH Group's projects have created jobs for more than 10,000 direct workers and hundreds of thousands of indirect jobs for farmers in project areas, creating sustainable livelihoods.
Over the past 15 years, we have consistently contributed thousands of billions of VND to social security programs, from supporting natural disaster recovery, fighting epidemics to accompanying medical campaigns and community education. All stem from a value that we still pursue: Serving the community.
After a journey of more than 15 years and once again being honored at "Glory of Vietnam", how will you and TH continue that journey?
- We will not stop. TH will continue to expand the green - circular agricultural ecosystem, steadfastly following the sustainable development orientation from the first day of pioneering in high technology application, while maintaining the mission "For Vietnamese stature".
Currently, TH is constantly innovating and creating by continuously researching and launching healthy products to the market, reducing or eliminating the addition of refined sugar, contributing to limiting chronic non-communicable diseases of the era, typically diabetes. We believe that when a business places its trust in the community, the community will place its trust in the brand.
Vietnam Glory is a special event to honor the national spirit, love for the Fatherland, heroes; typical advanced examples, businesses and entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. The program is directed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, with the coordination of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and many ministries and branches.
The Vietnam Glory 2025 program honors 19 heroic and advanced examples (13 groups, 6 individuals) who have achieved great achievements in many fields since 1945. This year, TH Group was highly appreciated by the Selection Council for its business achievements, innovation and social security.
