According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the evening of August 25 to the morning of August 27, the above areas will have moderate to heavy rain, with rainfall ranging from 100mm to 200mm, with some places experiencing over 300mm. Heavy rains pose a risk of flooding in low-lying areas, urban and industrial areas; flash floods on rivers, small streams and landslides on steep slopes.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment recommends that localities closely monitor forecast and warning bulletins; promptly inform local authorities and people to proactively prevent. The shock force needs to inspect and review residential areas along rivers, streams, low-lying areas, and high-risk areas; organize guards and provide guidance to ensure safe traffic at culverts, spillways, and areas with deep flooding and fast-flowing water.

Localities need to prepare forces, means, and materials for rescue, disaster relief, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth traffic when heavy rain occurs; be on duty seriously, and regularly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (through the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention and Control).
