In order to promptly organize activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Hanoi People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the ministries of National Defense, Public Security, Culture - Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies to urgently complete the plan to organize the Celebration Ceremony, parade, and march , and report to the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee for comments before promulgation.
At the same time, focus on directing the site clearance to renovate and expand Ba Dinh Square to organize the Anniversary Ceremony, parade and march ; report to the Deputy Prime Minister on the implementation status before July 15.
The Ministry of National Defense shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries to urgently complete and issue a plan for military parades and marches in June; organize well the training, joint training, military parades, marches and related tasks; and report before July 15.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, branches and agencies to urgently develop a scenario for the Celebration Ceremony, parade, and march ; develop a logo, identity system, and emblem as gifts for meetings of Party and State leaders on the occasion of the anniversary;
Develop a plan to establish a press center to direct and orient information on commemorative activities, especially the commemoration ceremony, parade, and march ; prepare to organize special art programs and related tasks; report before July 31.
The Ministry of Public Security presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to develop a plan to ensure absolute security and safety for commemorative activities, especially key activities with the participation of leaders, former leaders of the Party, State and international delegates.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to urgently complete the plan to invite international delegates, foreign press reporters, and forces from other countries to attend the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, march, and other commemorative activities, and submit it to the Secretariat in June.
The Ministry of Health shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop a plan to ensure good medical work, and have a plan to take care of the health of leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, delegates attending the Anniversary Ceremony, parades, marches and commemorative activities; paying special attention to ensuring food hygiene and safety, and people's health before, during and after the anniversary.

The Ministry of Home Affairs presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to develop a plan to launch a patriotic emulation movement and provide guidance on emulation and reward work on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2;
Urgently synthesize and advise competent authorities to reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and serving the 50th Anniversary Celebration, Parade, and Marching Ceremony of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day on April 30.
Conducting live broadcasts of celebrations, parades, and marches well
Vietnam Television presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to prepare and organize live television broadcasts: Celebration ceremonies, parades, marches ; Live television bridge; Special art programs and a number of other commemorative activities.
The Government requires further focus on improving image quality in live broadcasts of key activities, especially celebrations, parades, and marches .
The Voice of Vietnam Radio Station presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to prepare well for the live broadcast of the Anniversary Ceremony, parade, march , and reporting on the anniversary activities.
The Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to urgently issue a plan to organize a national scientific conference in June.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, Hanoi plans to organize fireworks displays at 5 locations (Hoan Kiem Lake, Thong Nhat Park, Van Quan Lake, My Dinh National Stadium, West Lake) in both traditional and artistic forms.
