Accordingly, in this phase, the Ward People's Committee paid 20 billion VND to cases affected by the project. It is expected that by the end of this week, the locality will pay an additional 70 billion VND to cases in the second phase. According to statistics, the project has about 120 plots of land with more than 100 affected cases receiving compensation and support.

The Nha Trang Mixed Urban Area Project is invested by Ha Long Sun Company Limited and Ha Long Asean Tourism Joint Stock Company. The project has a land use scale of about 226.71 hectares in Nam Nha Trang ward. The population is about 20,000 people; the total investment capital is more than 17,330 billion VND. Of which, the project implementation cost is more than 16,270 billion VND; the compensation and resettlement support cost is about 1,059 billion VND. Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has registered this project as eligible to start construction on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
