Details of Hyundai Palisade Hybrid 2026 over 1.7 billion coming to Vietnam
At the 2025 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS), Hyundai officially showcased the fuel-efficient hybrid version of the 2026 Palisade large SUV.

The 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid SUV was officially displayed at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025. This is the first time this SUV line is equipped with a hybrid powertrain. The Hyundai Palisade hybrid for the Southeast Asian market retains the design style that appeared in Korea in 2024. The car has a decisive, square design language.
Specifically, the large radiator grille combined with the T-shaped LED positioning lights creates a clear identification mark. The car is equipped with 21-inch alloy wheels and LED taillights, creating an overall look of a luxury SUV. The newly launched 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid in Indonesia is 5,065 mm long, 1,980 mm wide, 1,805 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 2,970 mm - ensuring spacious interior space for 3 rows of seats. From the side, the new Palisade is reminiscent of a Range Rover with its two-tone multi-spoke alloy wheels and imposing stance. At the rear, the elongated taillights combined with the wipers hidden under the spoiler add to the aesthetic appeal. The Palisade Hybrid's cabin is a bold Genesis design, blending modernity and luxury. Details such as the oval air-conditioning vents, round door handles and a 12.3-inch curved screen integrated seamlessly into the center console are reminiscent of high-end SUVs.
The gear lever is located behind the steering wheel – a modern design commonly found on new Hyundai models. The dual-zone automatic air conditioning system and entertainment system still retain physical buttons to optimize the user experience. The highest-end version is equipped with Nappa leather seats, electric front seats with driver's seat memory. Other equipment includes; wireless phone charger, electric trunk, Bose premium sound system, head-up display (HUD) and high-power USB-C charging port for all three rows of seats... The most notable highlight of the 2025 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid is the all-new powertrain. Instead of using a diesel engine as before, the car is equipped with a hybrid system consisting of a Smartstream G 2.5 Turbo gasoline engine combined with an electric motor.
Specifically, the 2,497 cc turbocharged direct-injection gasoline engine produces a combined output of 330 horsepower and a maximum torque of 460 Nm. The electric motor has a capacity of 54 kW (equivalent to 72 horsepower) and a torque of 264 Nm, accompanied by a 1.65 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. All versions of the Palisade Hybrid sold in Indonesia use this powertrain. According to the announcement, this large SUV model has a fuel consumption of about 5-5.5 liters/100 km in mixed road conditions, more economical than the 7 liters/100 km of the old generation diesel version. The announced price of the 2026 Hyundai Palisade ranges from 1.105 to 1.359 million rupiah (equivalent to 1.77 - 2.17 billion VND). Hyundai Palisade hybrid is equipped with 10 airbags, Hyundai Smartsense active safety technology package, including many modern driver assistance systems: forward collision warning, emergency braking assist, lane keeping assist, blind spot collision avoidance assist, reverse braking assist and adaptive cruise control system with Stop & Go feature.
