At destinations such as A Tu 1, H'Juh, Put, Da Ding, Cha'nóc, Dhung villages, comrade Nguyen Manh Ha visited and encouraged the affected people, shared their difficulties and gave direct support from the city to the people. In particular, each household whose house was completely collapsed was supported with 5 million VND, households whose roofs were 50% or more damaged were supported with 2 million VND.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Ha requested the Hung Son commune authorities to continue to closely monitor the area, to prevent food and clothing shortages, especially for households that have suffered heavy losses. At the same time, they should urgently review areas at high risk of landslides and proactively plan to evacuate people to safe places before the rainy and stormy season.
Border guards, commune police, commune militia… coordinated to support people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, quickly rebuilding houses and re-roofing to help people stabilize their lives.

The local tornado occurred at around 4am on July 22nd in Hung Son commune, causing serious damage to people's houses and property. Two households had their houses completely collapsed, including the family of Mr. Po Loong Thoong Van (A Tu 1 village) and Mr. A Lang Roi (H'Juh village).
In addition to the two cases of house collapse, the entire Hung Son commune also had 36 households with 50% or more of their roofs blown off. Many families had to temporarily evacuate, facing a lack of housing, necessities and repair materials.

Immediately after the disaster, Hung Son commune authorities mobilized more than 50 people including youth, militia, commune police and officers of Ga Ry Border Guard Station to the villages to support people in overcoming the consequences.
Mr. Zo Ram Buon, Chairman of Hung Son Commune People's Committee, said that as soon as information about the tornado was received, the commune leaders directed forces to each location to inspect and provide timely support, and promptly report to the City People's Committee. The commune strives to have affected households have stable temporary housing by mid-August, and no one will have to live in the open.
Due to prolonged heavy rain, transporting supplies to Hung Son commune is still facing many difficulties. While waiting for support, the Co Tu people in the area have promoted solidarity, proactively supporting families whose temporary houses have collapsed, sharing meals, roofs, and blankets to overcome the difficult period together.
