Da Huoai Commune was established on the basis of merging Madaguoi Town, Madaguoi Commune, and Da Oai Commune (old Da Huoai District). With high political determination, the entire Party Committee, armed forces and people have united, made efforts, focused on overcoming difficulties, synchronously deployed solutions to achieve many important results, completing the main targets of the 2020 - 2025 term; 6 key programs; 4 key projects. At the same time, thematic resolutions have been deployed synchronously and effectively, promoting the potential and advantages of the locality, in particular, the agricultural economy has affirmed its role as a pillar of the economy, an important foundation for developing the household economy, contributing to improving the lives and incomes of the people; the estimated average income per capita in 2025 is 75.5 million VND.
The agricultural sector has gradually demonstrated its sustainability; the average production value per unit area in 2025 reached 118.33 million VND. Up to now, the commune has had 15 growing area codes/568 ha of durian; built and formed 3 value chains linking, producing and consuming durian and bird's nest products. Continue to maintain and improve the quality of 4 certified OCOP products. The livestock sector continues to develop in the direction of farms and ranches associated with environmental protection. The leadership role of Party committees and authorities in forest management and protection has been strengthened; the number of violations has decreased annually. The work of clearing encroachment on forest land has been carried out drastically and thoroughly, the forest cover rate by 2025 will reach 41.17%.
The program of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas has been led and directed synchronously, received consensus from the people and achieved many positive results. The environment and landscape have been built in a bright, green, clean and beautiful direction. The infrastructure system continues to receive synchronous investment, contributing to promoting socio-economic development. Budget management has been focused on and directed resolutely and effectively. Annual budget revenue has always met the assigned estimate. Budget expenditures have been managed in accordance with the law, economically and effectively. Social security expenditures have been ensured. The commercial banking system has continued to develop, contributing to increasing the supply of loans for businesses and people in the area.
In particular, Da Huoai commune is actively coordinating with functional sectors in calling for and attracting investment in the locality's advantageous fields. Up to now, there are 2 projects being implemented, which are the complex of 3 tourism - horse racing - golf course projects of Hong Lam Company Limited; the project to build Da Oai Industrial Cluster. Business activities in the area continue to be maintained and developed, in the commune there are 84 businesses and 11 cooperatives registered to operate.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee of Da Huoai commune said that in the new term, the goal set by the Party Committee, government and people of the commune is to build Da Huoai commune to develop comprehensively, sustainably, richly, beautifully, civilizedly and affectionately. Focus on socio-economic development in the direction of industrial and construction development as a breakthrough; developing high-quality services and tourism as a driving force; developing agriculture as the core and pillar. Focus on attracting investment resources to build a synchronous infrastructure system to promote socio-economic development. Comprehensively develop cultural and social fields, improve the quality of human resources, implement social progress and equity, ensure social security, improve people's lives; strengthen national defense, security, social order and safety; protect the ecological environment and adapt to climate change. Create strong changes in Party building and the political system; consolidate the great national unity bloc; improve people's quality of life
To achieve the set goals, Da Huoai commune will focus on implementing solutions to attract investment in building synchronous and modern infrastructure, creating a foundation to promote trade, services, and tourism development associated with processing industry and handicrafts; creating a driving force for comprehensive and sustainable socio-economic development.
Promote the application of science and technology in agricultural production towards modernity, sustainability, and adaptation to climate change; focus on increasing production value per unit area. Build a team of cadres to meet new development requirements; tighten discipline; arrange and use cadres with the right capacity and expertise; encourage, protect, and honor cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to make breakthroughs in development, and dare to take responsibility for the common good.
Along with that, the locality has promoted the implementation of key programs such as: National target program on new rural construction; Sustainable poverty reduction; Socio-economic development of ethnic minority areas; Cultural development program. Program to promote the application of science, technology, agricultural production according to value chains to increase added value, competitiveness and sustainable development, adapt to climate change. Program to invest in construction, expansion and upgrading of irrigation systems. Program to promote administrative reform; build e-government, promote digital transformation to serve people and businesses. International integration in the new situation.
On the other hand, Da Huoai commune will focus all resources to coordinate with agencies and units to speed up the implementation of key projects. Create the most favorable conditions for investors to implement large projects in the area.
With the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Responsibility - Breakthrough - Development", the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Da Huoai commune, term 2025-2030 is a special milestone on the path to bring Da Huoai commune to integrate and develop with other localities in the province.
