From 11am on August 21, thousands of people and tourists from all over flocked to the area near Ba Dinh Square ( Hanoi ) and neighboring streets such as Hung Vuong, Tran Phu, Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Phan Dinh Phung to choose a good location to watch the parade and marching rehearsal.
Because this is a route with many parades, many people took advantage of the early morning hours to bring raincoats, food, and water to eat, rest, and wait for the practice session.

In particular, the streets around Ba Dinh Square are brightly decorated with flags and flowers, creating an exciting atmosphere.
According to Dan Tri reporter's record at 5:00 p.m., although there were still a few hours left until the parade, the seats that could observe the passing parades were almost full because thousands of people had arrived early to "reserve seats".
Amidst the increasingly heated atmosphere, Mr. Hai Tran (Hanoi) compared himself to having "won life" because he had a prime observation position, without having to arrive early to "get a seat".

It is known that the house where Mr. Hai's family lives is located on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, only about 300m from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Standing on the rooftop (5th floor), Mr. Hai and his family can observe the entire parade area below.
When sharing this moment on social media, Mr. Hai was surprised by the viral photos, attracting a large number of interactions. Many people even wanted to contact him, willing to pay to sit with him.
However, for reasons of security and safety, Mr. Hai had to politely decline. He said that this area was reserved only for family members to gather together.

The Hanoian said that for many days now, the streets near where he lives have been busier than usual. People are excitedly hanging red flags with yellow stars, expressing patriotism and pride, looking forward to the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of September 2.
Despite having a favorable position to watch the parade, Mr. Hai said that on the evening of August 21 and in the coming days, he still wanted to join the people to clearly feel the national atmosphere that only happens once every 80 years.
"I am ready to join in the joy of the country," Hai shared.
