many people According to Tien Phong reporter 's investigation, the owner of the snake mascot is Mr. Bui Van Quan (33 years old) in Hung Son commune, Hiep Hoa district.

Talking to Tien Phong reporter , Mr. Quan said that the snake mascot is currently located in the Happy Garden amusement park in Hung Son commune. The snake mascot is made of cement, sand and steel core, weighs more than 7 tons, and is about 5m high.

Anh Quan wanted to make a cute snake mascot for children to play with, but when returning to real life, the children still did not mistake it for a real snake to avoid danger.

It took Mr. Quan nearly 3 months to complete the snake mascot. He worked with 2 workers and 1 construction worker.

Mr. Quan plans to bring this snake mascot to Thang town (Hiep Hoa district) for many people to admire and visit.
