In recent days, storm No. 3 (super typhoon Yagi ) with very strong intensity has flooded the northern provinces of our country, causing heavy damage to people and property. In the emergency situation, the authorities have "rapidly" deployed plans to respond to the complicated developments of natural disasters, mobilizing tens of thousands of officers, soldiers, militia, thousands of vehicles to directly rescue, ensure traffic safety, evacuate, relocate, search, provide relief, protect people's lives and property.

People across the country with all their hearts turned to the flooded areas, sharing spiritual and material contributions with noble initiatives and actions. In the most difficult moments, the spirit of the Vietnamese people touched friends around the world .
