In August, many readers searched for information about the supplement "CircuPulse" on the fact-checking site Snopes, which claims to help control blood sugar levels.
Through testing, Snopes experts discovered five websites containing the phrase "circupulse" in their URLs (web addresses).
As of August 26, however, none of those sites actually sold the “CircuPulse” product. One of them, circupulsebloodsupport.com, used to sell dietary supplements.
This page outlines the terms and conditions for ordering multiple jars at a discounted rate, along with the provision of product services (usually on a recurring basis).
Snopes warns of fake supplement scams in which scammers ask customers to pay months in advance for delivery or subscribe to a service plan instead of making a one-time purchase.

The remaining four sites advertise "CircuPulse" but actually point to links to purchase other brands of supplements.
Three of these, circupulse.org, en-circupulse.com, and circupulse.us, lead to a supplement site called Gluco6, while circupulse-co.us leads to GlucoTonic's site.
Both Gluco6 and GlucoTonic encourage customers to buy several months’ worth of products. Both return pages instruct customers to send the product back to their Aurora, Colorado, warehouse.
The Gluco6 site also advertises a product that treats “Glut-4 overload,” a condition that does not exist. Both sites advertise supplements with benefits that are too exaggerated to be true.
At the time of writing, several sites including Amazon, eBay, and Vitamin Place sell the product "CircuPulse". However, the company name selling the product is different: Livorka on Amazon, Sigma Times on eBay, and Fyvus on Vitamin Place.
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) have warned about supplement scams. Some products, advertised as “all natural,” contain dangerous ingredients that are not listed.
Customers should buy supplements from reputable pharmacies and brands, and consult a specialist before using new products.
