After the conclusion of this issue, the Prime Minister or the authorized Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
Previously, the National Assembly spent half of the session questioning the Minister of Education and Training on the afternoon of June 19. Before ending this session, delegates asked questions to the commander of the education sector.
Accordingly, delegate Do Thi Viet Ha (Bac Giang) cited that according to Circular 06 and amended and supplemented by Circular 08 of the Ministry of Education and Training promulgating regulations on university and college admissions for preschool education, schools can use many admission methods, including competency assessment tests.
Voters have commented that organizing many different tests and assessments of abilities increases the pressure of exams. Candidates living far away have to travel, incurring costs, and at the same time have to review many different contents and types of questions, reducing the time to focus on the main study program.
From the above situation, delegate Ha asked the Minister what is his opinion on this matter and solutions to overcome it in the coming time?

Delegate Tran Thi Thu Hang (Dak Nong) continued to question, according to the report, the Ministry assessed that the situation of disguised tutoring in many forms is quite common, showing that there are still many gaps between policy and practice. Parents of students consider that studying in class is not enough to meet the requirements of exams, and need to find tutoring as an inevitable solution to improve learning outcomes.
According to the delegate, the two above-mentioned problems are considered a supply-demand relationship. However, the solutions proposed by the Ministry only focus on improving the administrative management system, but the key issue to completely overcome this supply-demand relationship is to improve the quality of teaching and learning during regular hours. Could the Minister please tell us what solutions are available to improve the quality of teaching and learning during regular hours?
Delegate Nguyen Hoang Uyen (Long An) questioned that in reality, many school meals do not meet energy needs and do not control food sources well. Some school poisoning cases have even caused many students to be hospitalized, seriously affecting students' health and causing anxiety for parents.
The main cause comes from outside food suppliers contracted with the school. How does the Minister evaluate the inspection and supervision work on the organization of school meals in recent times?
Delegate Trang A Duong (Ha Giang) asked: "Can the Minister please tell us some basic orientations to improve the quality of digital human resource training to meet the requirements of Vietnam's digital economy in the coming time?".
