
In Giang Vo ward, in addition to mobilizing 10 households living in G6A - a level D dangerous collective housing area to move to temporary shelter in a safe place, the residential groups in the area have also mobilized households living in collective housing areas to proactively evacuate if their residence is not safe.
In addition, for households in the land clearance area of the Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, the Ward People's Committee also mobilized households that have not yet handed over the land to move to a safe place.

In Ba Dinh Ward, the Ward People's Committee identified the key task to respond to storm No. 3 as proactively implementing measures to prevent and combat storms and localized heavy rains in the area. From there, the Ward People's Committee requested functional forces and residential groups to closely coordinate in grasping the situation, reviewing vulnerable points; proactively handling natural disasters, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.

In Ngoc Ha Ward, the Standing Command Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of the ward organized a standby team from 8:00 a.m. on July 21 to 5:00 p.m. on July 24 with members including the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; leaders and specialists of specialized departments and offices. The ward also maintained 100% of the police and militia forces on standby to quickly deploy forces if an incident occurred.
The Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of the wards has also prepared plans, forces and means to participate in overcoming the consequences of storm-caused incidents; plans to evacuate people from dangerous houses and dangerous areas when there is a risk of bad situations during storms and floods.
