Chairman of Dan Phuong Commune People's Committee Nguyen Viet Dat visited and presented gifts to 14 war invalids, sick soldiers, wives of martyrs, and people with revolutionary contributions in the streets of Nguyen Thai Hoc, Phuong Tri, Tay Son, and Thuy Ung.
At the visit, the leaders of Dan Phuong commune expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services in the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland; at the same time, they highly appreciated the wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of policy beneficiaries, and people with meritorious services, who, despite suffering from war-related injuries, always maintained their noble qualities, will, faith, and optimism.
The leaders of Dan Phuong commune encouraged the wounded and sick soldiers and their families to continue to maintain their health, promote revolutionary traditions, live exemplary lives, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality, and be a shining example for the younger generations to be proud of, learn from and follow. At the same time, they requested the Party cell, residential groups and departments, offices and units of the commune to continue to care for people with meritorious services, policy families and ensure social security.
On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), Dan Phuong commune organized a visit and presented gifts to 7 seriously wounded and sick soldiers with a disability rate of 81% or higher who are receiving monthly allowances; 52 meritorious people and typical martyrs' relatives, each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and 300,000 VND in gifts.
