According to the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, up to now, districts, towns and cities in Hai Duong province have completed military transfer and reception coordination conferences for 2025, ensuring the plan.

In 2025, the whole province will hand over 2,500 male citizens, equivalent to the previous year, to 14 focal units under the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 3.

According to the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, the rate of young people qualified for military service in 2025 in Thanh Mien district reached 51.69%, the highest in the province, 5.99% higher than the general rate of the province.

Thanh Mien has 563 young people eligible for district-level military service health examination. The rate of attendance for medical examination is 100%.

In 2024, Thanh Mien district is also the locality with the highest rate of young people eligible for military service in the province, reaching over 52%.
