In 2025, according to the assigned target, Thanh Hoa City will have 255 citizens joining the army. In order to successfully complete the recruitment target, the City Military Command has promoted its advisory role with local Party committees and authorities in leading and directing the implementation of tasks; at the same time, directly organizing and closely coordinating with relevant units in implementing the steps of selecting and calling citizens to join the army. Up to now, Thanh Hoa City has issued call-up orders to 100% of selected citizens.
During these days, local Party committees and authorities have organized many activities such as: admitting new Party members, educating about traditions, organizing meetings, visiting, giving gifts... so that families and citizens can feel secure when joining the army and successfully completing their assigned tasks.

Speaking at the inspection, Major General Le Van Vy acknowledged and highly appreciated the quality of the task of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2025 of Thanh Hoa City. At the same time, he requested the Military Service Council of Thanh Hoa City to continue to do a good job of management, grasp the situation of citizens preparing to join the army; strengthen propaganda work as well as organize many meaningful activities, create enthusiasm and determination for citizens before leaving to perform their duties; conduct reviews, ensure the strictness and accuracy of all types of records before handing them over to the receiving unit; carefully prepare for the Military Handover Ceremony, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere for all classes of people and young people joining the army.
