Ministry of Home Affairs trains in document and archive work

On the morning of April 28, the Ministry of Home Affairs held an online conference to provide guidance on document and archive management in the process of restructuring the apparatus and reorganizing administrative units at all levels for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the Government agencies and local authorities. Attending the training session on the Ha Giang province side were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and provincial departments.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to 5 topics including: Strengthening document and archive work in the process of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system and future orientations; topic on the current status of archival document management of ministries, branches, localities and the responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals; topic on professional editing of paper archives; topic on professional digitization of paper archives and topic on answering questions about document and archive work in the process of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system and two-level local government organization.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to 5 topics.

The conference was held to enhance the responsibility of the Ministry of Home Affairs in state management of documents and archives nationwide in the context of rearranging the apparatus of the political system and reorganizing administrative units at all levels, building a model of organizing the apparatus of the two-level local government. At the same time, training in document and archive skills and digitizing archival documents for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the Government agencies and local governments. In addition, promptly answering recommendations, difficulties and problems regarding documents and archives in the context of rearranging the apparatus of the political system and reorganizing administrative units at all levels./.
