The 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day is also an opportunity for today's generation to express their respect and gratitude to previous generations of journalists.

On the morning of June 17, a working delegation of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee visited and congratulated the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in the Southern region on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025). The delegation was led by Politburo member and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen.

Journalist Le Nam Tu - Department Head, Head of Nhan Dan Newspaper Representative Office in the Southern region - reported to the delegation on the activities of Nhan Dan Newspaper and the representative office in the Southern region.

According to journalist Le Nam Tu, the relationship between Ho Chi Minh City and Nhan Dan Newspaper has become increasingly deeper in recent times. The city always creates favorable conditions for press agencies, including Nhan Dan Newspaper, to operate and fulfill their functions and tasks well.

Journalist Nguyen Khac Van, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, reported on the unit's activities to the working delegation; at the same time, he made recommendations and proposals to the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City.
