After how many days must a person sentenced to prison and on bail appear at the criminal enforcement agency to serve his sentence?

    According to Clause 4, Article 23 of the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments, a person sentenced to imprisonment who is on bail must, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the decision to enforce the judgment, be present at the headquarters of the criminal enforcement agency designated in the decision to enforce the judgment.
    If the person on bail does not appear after 7 days, the police will execute the criminal sentence and provide judicial assistance to escort the person to execute the sentence.
    If a person sentenced to prison escapes while on bail, the provincial police criminal enforcement agency shall issue a wanted notice and organize the arrest.
