Closing of the training course to improve qualifications in digital transformation and digital skills for cadres, civil servants and public employees

(binhdinh.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 24, at Quy Nhon University, the Closing Ceremony of the Training Course to improve qualifications on digital transformation and digital skills for cadres, civil servants and public employees (CBCCVC) of Binh Dinh province in 2025 took place. Attending were comrades: Ho Quoc Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Phong Vu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Lam Hai Giang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the serious learning spirit of the trainees, the elaborate preparation and responsibility of the Organizing Committee of the class, and especially the enthusiastic, profound and practical communication from the lecturers with extensive experience in the field of digital transformation.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung emphasized that Digital transformation is no longer a trend, but has become an urgent and inevitable requirement in the development process of our province in particular and the whole country in general. Digital transformation is not simply the application of technology, but also the process of changing thinking, management methods, work organization, service provision and serving the people. With the goal of building a digital government, digital economy , digital society, our province is actively implementing programs and projects on digital transformation in all fields. The success of this process depends largely on the awareness, capacity and drastic and synchronous participation of cadres, civil servants and public employees at all levels and sectors.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung believes that through this training course, cadres, civil servants and public employees have acquired a lot of important knowledge and skills, gained new thinking and new approaches to apply in their work. This will be the foundation for each cadre to become a "digital transformation agent", contributing to making our province a leading locality in applying technology, improving the efficiency of management, operation and serving the people.

Comrade Ho Quoc Dung suggested and hoped that each cadre, civil servant, and public employee should be proactive, self-study, research, improve digital capacity, update new knowledge about digital transformation, digital technology , and artificial intelligence. Actively apply to daily work, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of work, improving the quality of service to people and businesses. Spread the spirit of digital transformation to colleagues, agencies, and units, creating motivation to promote the comprehensive digital transformation process of the province. Because, digital transformation is only successful when everyone changes, learns, and progresses together.

At the same time, the Provincial Party Secretary also requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to continue to organize and replicate learning results, promote the development of specific action plans to realize digital transformation in each agency, unit and locality.

This course is organized according to Plan No. 109/KH-UBND dated June 7, 2025 with the participation of 6,984 students from agencies, units and localities in the province. The knowledge content has been designed scientifically , practically, closely following the requirements of improving the digital capacity of cadres, civil servants and public employees: from basic knowledge of digital transformation, skills in using digital devices, to information security, application of artificial intelligence in state management.

In particular, the learning method combining theory and practice has helped students easily absorb and apply immediately to their professional work. The results of the course show that most students participated fully, seriously, actively, proactively in exchanging and practicing, and met the requirements through the final assessment test. This is a positive signal, demonstrating the determination of the staff, civil servants, and public employees in studying, training, and improving their knowledge of digital transformation and applying artificial intelligence in their work.
