According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting at 4:00 a.m. this morning, the center of storm No. 7 (storm Yinxing) was located in the eastern sea of ​​the North East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 14 (150-166 km/h), gusting to level 17. The storm is currently moving westward at a speed of about 15 km/h. The latest forecast from the Vietnam Meteorological Agency shows that after entering the East Sea, storm No. 7 will move mainly westward, towards the north of the Hoang Sa archipelago, then change direction to the southwest towards the sea of ​​the Central Central provinces. When storm No. 7 approaches the Hoang Sa archipelago and the sea of ​​the Central provinces, the storm's intensity is likely to weaken. It is likely that when it makes landfall in the Central Central provinces, the storm will only be level 8 or weaken into a tropical depression. Specifically, it is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move westward at a speed of about 15-20 km/h. At 4am tomorrow morning, storm No. 7 will be about 540km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago, with a storm intensity of level 13-14 (134-166km/h), gusting to level 17. In the next 24 to 48 hours, the storm will move west-northwest at a speed of about 10-15km/h, gradually weakening due to interaction with cold air. At 4am on November 10, the storm center will be about 330km northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago, with the strongest wind near the center of storm No. 7 at level 12-13 (118-149km/h), gusting to level 16. In the next 48 to 72 hours, the storm will change direction to west-southwest at a speed of 5-10km/h and its intensity is likely to weaken further. At 4:00 a.m. on November 11, the storm center was about 165 km north of Hoang Sa archipelago, the storm intensity was now level 11-12 (103-133 km/h), gusting to level 14. From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm moved west-southwest, traveling 10-15 km per hour towards the coast and then into the mainland of the Central Central provinces, its intensity continued to weaken. Due to the influence of storm No. 7, in the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea, the wind was strong at level 8-11, near the storm center it was level 12-14, gusting to level 17, waves were 4-6 m high, near the center it was 6-8 m, the sea was very rough. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and big waves.
