Attending the meeting were comrades in the Provincial Project Management Board, Plan Executive Board of Phong Tho district; Heads of Executive Boards, Chairmen, Vice Chairmen of Women's Unions of 5 communes in the project area of Phong Tho district including: Nam Xe, Hoang Then, Khong Lao, Dao San, Ban Lang; representatives of secondary school leaders, presenters of the change leader club at 6 secondary schools in the project area.

In the second quarter of 2025, the Project Management Board maintained regular activities and provided technical support to the leadership clubs on the topics of “Climate Change Response” and “Waste Management” for 180 boys and 180 girls. Organized 15 communication sessions for 630 parents and youth in the community on adolescent and youth reproductive health care. Organized 5 intergenerational dialogue events with 550 people. Supported short-term vocational training on online sales for 14 ethnic minority youth. In addition, the Project Management Board also organized annual capacity building training courses for teachers, youth leadership clubs, etc.

Participating in the meeting, delegates shared and clarified the results of the project's activities in the second quarter, positive changes in the locality and proposed tasks, discussed solutions to effectively implement tasks in the third quarter related to the implementation of economic development models, creating livelihoods for union members; promoting communication to reduce the rate of early marriage. Some delegates proposed to retain funding to support schools in Ban Lang commune to solve difficulties in water resources; help ethnic minority youth develop models of making pho noodles, dried grass carp, making green rice flakes from Tan Pom sticky rice...
