According to the Plan, the collection contents include: Documents, materials, and artifacts associated with the leadership and direction activities of the Party, the Party Central Committee, the Politburo , the Party Central Committee Secretariat, the Party's departments, branches, and agencies at the Central level through the periods; political strategies, culture, guidelines, and Party regulations of the periods; documents of National Congresses from the 1st Congress (1935) to the 14th Congress (2026); Resolutions, Conclusions, and Directives of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo , and the Party Central Committee Secretariat; documents of Central Conferences.
Films, pictures, publications, and artifacts reflect the activities of Party leaders, major political events of the Party and the country, and the activities of Party agencies and organizations from 1930 to the present.

Artifacts, documents and belongings of key leaders and exemplary predecessors associated with activities and historical events of the Vietnamese revolution. Artifacts and documents about loyal and exemplary Party members of our Party who participated in revolutionary stages.
The plan clearly states that the work of propagating, mobilizing the collection, submission, and donation of documents, materials, and artifacts about the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh, comrades General Secretaries, key leaders of the Party and State, and typical senior leaders through the periods is divided into two stages:
Phase 1: From now until February 2030, the organization will launch a campaign to collect, submit, and donate documents, materials, and artifacts on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, completed before August 19, 2025. Implement the collection and receipt of documents and artifacts from organizations and individuals until December 31, 2029. Organize a summary, announce the results of the Campaign and hand over the products to the Archives Department - Central Office of the Party before January 15, 2030.
Phase 2: From February 2030 onwards, continue to coordinate with central authorities to organize exhibitions and thematic displays introducing documents and artifacts received from Bac Ninh province at the Museum of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Continue to mobilize and encourage cadres, party members and people in the province to donate, present or purchase documents, materials and artifacts about the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh, comrades General Secretaries, key leaders of the Party, State and exemplary senior leaders of all periods.
Regularly propagate and promote the value of historical documents, materials, images, and artifacts of the Communist Party of Vietnam Museum in political and ideological education for cadres, party members, and people.
To effectively implement the Plan, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee leaders direct functional departments and branches, based on the tasks of agencies and units, to proactively develop plans to organize implementation, deploy propaganda and mobilization work to ensure progress, focus, key points and suitability to the practical situation.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province develops plans and directs the effective organization of propaganda and mobilization work associated with patriotic emulation movements, activities to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the country and the province; coordinates with relevant agencies and units to organize timely activities to honor and commend organizations and individuals who have made positive contributions in collecting and donating documents, materials and artifacts, contributing to spreading the meaning and value of the Movement in society.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission shall preside over and advise on organizing and launching the Campaign to collect, submit, and donate documents, materials, and artifacts in the province in an appropriate form on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, completed before August 19, 2025.
Coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee and relevant agencies to appraise, classify, and technically process documents, materials, and artifacts that meet the conditions of the Provincial Party Committee to hand over to the Archives Department - Central Office of the Party.
