Zinchenko could leave Arsenal. |
The Mirror reports that manager Mikel Arteta is open to offers for Karl Hein, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson, who have all returned from loan spells. Defender Oleksandr Zinchenko could also leave Arsenal if the right offer comes in.
To replace Zinchenko, coach Arteta put his faith in Riccardo Calafiori and Myles Lewis-Skelly, who proved their ability at left-back last season.
Jakub Kiwior, a centre-back who performed well in place of Gabriel Magalhaes last season, could also leave the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners' imminent signing of Cristhian Mosquera paves the way for Kiwior's departure.
Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard, two key strikers in Arteta's squad last season, are also up for sale. Trossard is attracting interest from Bundesliga clubs, including Bayern Munich.
On the other hand, Arsenal spent more than 80 million pounds to bring in 3 new players: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard.
Not stopping there, the London team is about to welcome Noni Madueke for a fee of 52 million pounds from Chelsea. The "Gunners" also reached an agreement to recruit Mosquera from Valencia for 13 million pounds.
In the coming time, Arsenal will focus all their efforts on recruiting striker Viktor Gyokeres for 70 million pounds.
