iOS 18.3 RC has build number 22D60 and is available to all beta testers as well as developers.

iOS 18.3 is a relatively minor update compared to iOS 18.1 and iOS 18.2, but last week Apple changed course and rolled out some important changes to Apple Intelligence's notification summary feature.

It is known that Apple has made some changes with iOS 18.3 beta 3 including:

- Apple Intelligence notifications temporarily disabled on News & Entertainment will return in new software update.

- Users can summarize notifications of a specific application right on the iPhone Lock Screen.

- The announcement summary is italicized to distinguish it from the regular version.

- When users enable notification summaries, Apple will clarify that this feature is in beta and may contain bugs.

iOS 18.3 RC will most likely be the final and almost complete beta test before the official release.
