At the Hanoi Post Office , Mr. Tung Anh went to send a package to his relatives. He also shared that he was somewhat worried because the streets in Vietnam are complicated, when changing administrative boundaries, he might get confused between the old and new addresses.

From July 1, Hanoi officially put into operation 126 new commune and ward administrative units after rearrangement and reorganization according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee. Hanoi Post Office said it has carefully prepared for changes after the merger and anticipated many detailed scenarios. Accordingly, in some cases, customers who leave their old address information will still be linked to the new address information if changed after the merger.
