3 resettlement areas arranged for households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park that must be relocated

According to the plan approved by the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city, the locality plans to arrange accommodation for individuals and households whose land has been recovered to implement the Project of Converting the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improving the environment in 3 resettlement areas.

These are Tan Phong resettlement area, Tan Phong ward (50 lots); resettlement area on Dieu Xien street, Tan Bien ward (13 lots) and resettlement area serving the National Highway 1A Investment Project - bypassing Bien Hoa city, in Phuoc Tan ward (9 lots).

At the time of approval of the above project, there were still 355 households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park that had not yet handed over their land. Through the propaganda and mobilization work of Bien Hoa City, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committee of Binh Da Ward, by June 18, 249 households had agreed to dismantle their assets and hand over their land. For the remaining cases, the functional agencies continued to propagate and mobilize to hand over the land to the State.
